Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Wealth Underwriting Assistant.

In this role, you will:

Support performance and overall effectiveness of a team and cross-group administrative operations within Wealth Underwriting functional area
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with functional area impact
Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives within Wealth Underwriting functional area that require planning, evaluation and interpretation
Prioritize work and provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to a Wealth Underwriting team
Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among multiple teams
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to an immediate team and Wealth Underwriting functional area on a wide range of information

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Wealth Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Additional Required Qualification:

Experience in underwriting or related functions
Strong exposure to credit bureau analysis
Hands-on experience in financial spreading
Work location Bengaluru
