Job Summary

The Lead Trust Analyst will oversee and guide the administration of the Lien Repayment Trust within the Epiq Disbursements team. This role involves managing complex reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and leading initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy. The position requires strong leadership, analytical, and financial skills, along with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Trust-related operations, including address searches, payment reconciliations, and backlog resolution.
  • Review and validate reports, trackers, and workbooks to ensure accurate identification of payees.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies in collaboration with Operations teams, including correspondence and contact center scripting.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and drive the creation and implementation of new procedures for process improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance operational workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to decision-making for Trust administration.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Trust Administrator.

Education & Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in payment processing, lien-related work, or Trust administration.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within project management or operations.
  • Experience with Trusts or Escrow Accounts preferred.
  • Financial, accounting, or banking experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
