Job Description

Job Title: Lead Treasury

To manage the organizational liquidity, investments, and banking relationships efficiently, ensuring optimum utilization of funds, effective risk management, and timely support for business growth. The role involves maintaining robust treasury operations, coordinating with rating agencies, and providing financial insights for management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management
Banking relationship
Liaise with Rating agencies, providing all data needed and handling them to ensure External Credit Ratings are update timely
Managing investment of the Surplus Fund in various market instruments, i.e., MF/FD.
Preparation of MIS related to Treasury activities and ensuring that Audit is handled well
Help in assessing the financial viability of any new projects
Ensuring timely payments
Handling MIS reports and information for the Audit Committee and board meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance)

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking, and investment instruments.
Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, and liquidity management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and financial modeling.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, audit processes, and financial compliance.

Experience:

4 to 6 years of experience in treasury management, preferably within the banking, NBFC, or financial services sectors.
