Manager Taxation

As the Tax Manager at DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited, you will be responsible for managing tax-related matters and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory filings - Managing tax audits, assessments, and litigation with tax authorities - Monitoring changes in tax laws and assessing their impact on the organization - Handling TDS compliance, reconciliation, and quarterly returns - Supporting transfer pricing documentation and reporting - Liaising with external consultants and auditors for tax-related matters - Assisting in tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities - Maintaining documentation and records for internal and external audits - Providing guidance to junior staff on tax-related issues - Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and financial statements - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards - Coordinating with auditors for statutory and internal audits DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited is a fast-growing company in the space of EPCC of Renewable Energy Power Plants, with a focus on expanding in the Solar Power sector.
