Job Description

As the Lead Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in developing Dispute solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate scrum teams, collaborating closely with product stakeholders to achieve project objectives effectively. Your role will involve providing leadership and oversight on complex projects, ensuring timely completion of deadlines and milestones. It will be essential to ensure compliance with methodologies, manage resolutions, and communicate effectively with project staff throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring and managing the project budget, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting progress to senior management will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will be expected to contribute to the development of new products, processes, and standards to support the business objectives. Leading the feature team to align with project schedules and budgets, as well as handling challenging situations and developing solutions to complex problems, will be critical for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should be proficient in Agile practices, preferably scaled Agile, and be an advocate of Agile culture within the team. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for removing impediments for Scrum/Feature teams. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities, along with leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, will be necessary to build internal and external relationships successfully. Demonstrating ethics and values to foster high team trust is crucial, along with holding PMP and SAFE certifications as added advantages. Your commitment to corporate security responsibilities, including adherence to security policies, ensuring information confidentiality and integrity, reporting security violations, and completing mandatory security trainings, will be imperative in safeguarding Mastercard assets and information.
