Lead Technical Program Manager

Overview

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, your primary responsibilities include overall accountability and leadership for complex infrastructure, tech and customer onboarding projects. Managing relationships and communicating with the program leadership, senior management and a wide range of program contributors. Collaborate with cross functional teams for planning and execution of complex projects. Identifies key barriers to a project’s success and actively manages all mitigation activities.

Role

  • Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones
  • Develop, run and distribute status and progress reports to update leadership and project team members
  • Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables
  • Provide insights to enhance processes and tooling, support implementation best practices and process improvements derived from identifying areas of weakness and strategizing improvements
  • Perform analysis and assessment activities to provide stakeholders with timely updates.

All About You

  • Experience in large-scale, cross functional transformation initiatives
  • Project and/or Program Management experience, with a good understanding of a typical lifecycle. Experience evaluating business processes and providing advice on ways to effectively streamline business processes and efficiencies
  • Experience with risk management, stakeholder management, process optimization, Strong Agile methodology knowledge
  • Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in analysis of operational data to support business decisions
