- Manage end-to-end recruitment for greenfield projects.- Handle hiring at all levels - from workmen to executives.- Build and lead a team of recruiters to deliver hiring mandates.- Ensure recruitment delivery within defined TATs.- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.Candidate Requirements
- Only candidates currently working in Mumbai will be taken forward.- Extensive experience in greenfield project hiring.- Proven ability in large-scale hiring and team management.- Strong operational discipline and TAT-driven execution.
