Lead System Design

As the Lead System Design at our company, you will lead System Design Resources from pre-contracting to execution, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, managing the team for mission achievement, and skill development. You will also support conflict resolution and obstacle removal for stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure team accountability for Q-C-D project deliverables: - Quality: Deliverables meeting specifications and guidelines - Cost: Project completion within sales targets and baselined cost - Delivery: Timely completion of deliverables - Oversee critical team activities during pre-contracting: - Understand customer needs - Perform measurements and participate in meetings - Collect inputs for layouts - Prepare quotations and manage suppliers - Oversee team activities during execution: - Perform measurements and integrate equipment - Execute layouts as per specifications - Prepare offers for conveyors, piping, platforms, power, and automation - Manage suppliers for conveyors, piping, platforms, and utilities - Produce engineering deliverables and manage team competence development - Measure team performance and achieve results - Create synergies with other departments - Participate in improvement projects - Ensure compliance with regulations and processes - Demonstrate leadership behaviors as per guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent - Fluent in English; second language preferred - 5+ years experience as a layout designer in the beverage industry - Management experience is advantageous - Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is beneficial - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Office - Knowledge of CAD environment (Autocad) 2D required, 3D preferred - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time,
