Lead - Structural Design

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Structural Design to lead the design and engineering of RCC structures for high-rise residential and commercial projects with one of Mumbai’s leading real estate developers. The role requires deep technical expertise in structural design, leadership ability, and strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Vile Parle (W), Mumbai

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech. in Structural Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in RCC structural design, preferably with reputed developers, design consultancies, or EPC firms.
• Strong command of design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and relevant analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural design function for multiple ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Review, validate, and approve designs, drawings, and calculations prepared by consultants or internal teams.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and structural integrity norms as per IS codes.
• Collaborate closely with architects, MEP, and project execution teams for integrated design coordination.
• Evaluate value engineering opportunities and optimize structural systems for cost efficiency and constructability.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
