Job Description

As an HR Specialist at GES HR Global Service Center (GSC-Hub) in Hyderabad, your role involves providing operational support in the learning area of expertise by handling Tier 1 tickets. You will ensure that the required level of expertise is maintained, global standard processes are adhered to, and support release testing by performing testing from available Test Scripts. Your key responsibilities include: - Addressing Tier 1 learning tickets, including report requests, with accuracy and within SLA timelines to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. - Maintaining expertise in learning operations and ensuring adherence to global standard processes, tools, and documentation for process and standards compliance. - Supporting system releases by executing test scripts, validating changes, and collaborating with relevant teams for successful implementation for release testing and validation. - Investigating recurring incidents, proposing improvements, and maintaining Tier 0 and Tier 1 knowledge content such as QRCs, Q&A, and training materials for problem management and continuous improvement. - Contributing to UATs, creating and updating training content, and coordinating with e-learning specialists for new learning implementation for project support and collaboration. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation and/or post-graduation degree, preferably in HR. - System knowledge level of Talent Suite. - Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally. - Affinity with working on technology and hands-on use of excel and powerpoint. - Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functions). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus. - Up to 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR is required. - Experience in working in global and virtual teams.
