LEAD SOURCING

As a Lead Sourcing professional specializing in Aluminium Die Casting commodity, your role would involve: - Identifying, localizing, and evaluating suppliers, acting as a technical interface between suppliers and the USA Sourcing team. - Sourcing the right suppliers, conducting techno-commercial negotiations, and onboarding them effectively. - Implementing plans to ensure orders meet quality and delivery requirements while minimizing costs. - Documenting performance, setting action plans and timelines for sourcing projects, and handling RFIs, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes. - Evaluating current and potential suppliers in collaboration with Supplier Quality Teams, negotiating to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives. - Working closely with the Sourcing Manager to ensure a stable supply for all portfolios, and building and maintaining rapport with suppliers and customers at all levels. Qualifications required for this role are: - U.G / P.G in Mechanical Engineering - 8 to 10 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, vendor development, and supplier development - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Good knowledge of Aluminium Commodities with a supplier base in High Pressure Die Casting, Gravity Die Casting, Sand Casting, and Extrusion - Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage - Proficiency in cost estimation, negotiation, and analytical skills - Solid knowledge in Die Casting process and tooling - Understanding of basic financial and economic concepts - Fluency in Hindi is a must, with added advantages - Willingness to travel If you are looking to join a renowned Global Sourcing & Supply Chain Company with a focus on Aluminium Die Casting commodity, this opportunity offers a challenging environment where you can leverage your strategic sourcing skills for new product developments and contribute to the organization's growth.,
