Collaboration with the product development team is essential to stay updated on the latest features and updates. Furthermore, you will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales collateral and presentations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, will be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or possess equivalent work experience. A minimum of 8+ years of professional Pre-sales experience, specifically in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role within the SaaS industry, is required. Proven experience in presales, technical sales, or a similar customer-facing role within the SaaS industry is essential. Strong technical acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts are crucial for this role. Additionally, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Prior experience in the MDM/UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) domain would be advantageous. It is also important to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
