Key Responsibilities

AI/GenAI Solutions Engineering

• Partner with product teams to embed emerging GenAI capabilities.
• Design and deliver scalable GenAI solutions (LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, multimodal AI).
• Prototype with

  LangChain

  , Pinecone, Weaviate, HuggingFace, etc. for client use cases.
• Build reusable accelerators & automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Airflow).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI, analytics, and

  Prompt Engineering

  , ensuring the Organisation remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Develop reference architectures, automation scripts, enablement tools (videos, blogs, best practices).
• Participate in system design, data modeling (schemas, queries), and application architecture to support business flow.
• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure developed solutions address customer pain points and directly contribute to organizational business growth.
• Monitor and continuously improve deployed GenAI systems to maintain accuracy, performance, and reliability.

Operational Excellence & Support

• Ensure SLA-based delivery across solution implementation, BAU operations, and client support.
• Apply
• for backend data patching and automation.
• Manage BAU operations: data migrations, UAT batches, day/month/year-end routines.
• Work with tech support on escalated tickets (persistency, claims, certificates).
• Contribute to

  multi-cloud and hybrid

  data management strategies.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and stay current on new releases impacting delivery.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide solution engineers on GenAI frameworks and best practices.
• Foster a knowledge-sharing culture with GenAI-assisted documentation & automation.
• Collaborate across global teams (Product Management, external partners).
• Engage with clients for technical clarifications, and case studies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science.
• Experience: 58 years in software/solutions engineering with leadership exposure.
• Programming: Strong in Python, with knowledge of Java/JavaScript.
• Data & APIs: Proficient in SQL, REST APIs, distributed systems, microservices.
• GenAI Tools: Experience with

  LLMs

  , RAG, fine-tuning,

  vector DBs

  (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Cloud:

  AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI.

• Technical certifications (cloud, AI/ML, data engineering) are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and SLA-driven delivery mindset.
• Proven ability to lead teams while also contributing as an IC.
• Willingness to work India night shift for global delivery support.
