Lead Solution Engineer

As a Lead Solution Engineer at M2P Fintech, you will play a crucial role in building scalable software systems that are high-performance, highly available, highly transactional, low latency, and massively distributed. You will work as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced and agile work environment, delivering quality and innovative solutions with immediate business impact. Your responsibilities will include leading the team, designing and developing custom applications using Frappe, contributing to the Frappe open-source community, troubleshooting and optimizing Frappe deployments, defining technical roadmaps, ensuring scalability and security of solutions, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative development culture. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom applications, modules, and integrations using Frappe - Contribute to the Frappe open-source community - Troubleshoot and optimize Frappe deployments - Define technical roadmaps aligned with business goals - Ensure scalability, performance, and security of deployed solutions - Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices - Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and clients - Oversee the full software development lifecycle - Drive innovation in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies - Mentor and guide team members on structured problem-solving and best practices Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Frappe and ERPNext - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL (MariaDB/MySQL) - Experience in architecting and deploying ERP-grade systems - Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Effective communication and collaboration skills - High level of energy, proactive nature, sense of ownership, and drive Preferred Skills: - Frappe Framework certification - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Experience leading distributed teams and contributions to open-source projects About M2P Fintech: M2P Fintech is a leading Banking-as-a-Service provider, established in 2014 and headquartered in Chennai.
