Location: IN - Hyderabad Telangana Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Kerr Bianca Beech Sponsorship Available: No Relocation Assistance Available: No Primary Responsibilities of the Role: The engineer will be responsible for Goodyear Mobility Cloud, a cloud-based software platform that captures data from vehicles (Devices and Integrations), Curates data into usable insights via algorithms, and presents insights for customers to consume and act on. You will lead the design and development of FE-based web applications You will implement cloud-native front-end solutions using AWS services You will mentor and guide the front-end development team, fostering best practices and code quality You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences You will implement and maintain front-end architecture and component libraries You will ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of applications You will stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, different framework ecosystem developments, and AWS services Primary Requirements: You have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field You have 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years focusing on VueJS, React, or Angular You have strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS You have expert knowledge of VueJS, React, or Angular and their core libraries (Vuex, Vue Router, React Router) You have experience with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) You have familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling You have understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues You have solid understanding of AWS services related to front-end development You are AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification preferred You have the following knowledge and skills: Different FE Frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) JavaScript (ES6+) HTML5 and CSS3 State management (Vuex, Redux) Single-page application (SPA) development Front-end build tools and task runners AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Cognito) Serverless architecture (AWS Lambda) Version control systems (Git) Testing frameworks (Jest, Vue Test Utils, React testing Libraries) Performance optimization techniques CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
