Lead Software Engineer

As a Technical Lead, your role involves driving end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation. You will be responsible for leading technical teams, managing vendor coordination, ensuring secure and scalable solutions, and promoting DevOps best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and review technical architectures & solutions - Perform code reviews and project effort estimations - Lead DevOps implementation & CI/CD pipelines - Ensure application/network security (SSL, Encryption, Digital Signatures) - Collaborate with vendors & cross-functional teams - Identify and implement automation tools - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues - Guide development teams and ensure timely delivery Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech/MCA (Preferably with relevant technical/management certifications) Technical Skills Required: Primary: - .NET 4.5+, .NET Core - Oracle & MySQL - Microservices, REST APIs - Linux & Windows OS, Scripting - DevOps Tools, Agile Frameworks - Application & Network Security Secondary: - Angular, React.js, Node.js, jQuery - Responsive Design, Chrome/IE Dev Tools - AWS, Azure, Mobile Technologies As a Technical Lead, you should possess technical leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
