Job Description

Job Title: Lead Software Engineer – Mobile Development
Location: Noida || Hybrid/Remote
Experience Required: 7+ Years

Job Summary

We are hiring a Lead Mobile Developer with strong experience in Flutter, React Native, iOS (Swift), and Android (Kotlin/Java). The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing mobile engineering team, drive architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality cross-platform applications for a global fintech product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of large-scale, high-performance mobile applications
Architect cross-platform apps with Flutter + native integrations
Guide and mentor junior developers; perform code reviews
Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and QA teams
Optimize application performance, logging, monitoring, and security
Manage CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Jenkins, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, and release cycles

Required Skills

Strong in Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Java, Dart
Expertise in mobile architecture (MVVM/MVP/Clean Architecture)
Firebase, SQLite, GraphQL, REST API integrations
CI/CD automation – Bitrise, Jenkins, Fastlane, GitHub Actions
Experience with app signing, packaging & releasing
Knowledge of OAuth2.0, OpenID, secure mobile authentication
Strong leadership & communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Sentry / Crashlytics
Experience in fintech or scalable consumer apps
