We are part of Corporate Functions catering to all applications used by Corporate Finance team. We closely work with Accounting and Recon, Financial Planning and Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Procurement, Treasury and Taxation functions of Finance Business.

Impact

We are seeking an experienced Apptio Developer to design, build, and maintain Apptio applications that support Technology Business Management (TBM) processes. The ideal candi will have strong analytical, data modeling, and configuration skills, with hands-on experience using ApptioOne, Cloudability, or related TBM tools.

Key Deliverables

Design, configure, and maintain Apptio modules (ApptioOne, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, Cloudability, etc.) to support financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Develop and maintain data integrations between Apptio and source systems such as ServiceNow, CMDB, HR, financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Create and manage data models, allocations, and cost hierarchies in alignment with TBM framework standards.
Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide transparency into IT cost drivers, budgeting, and forecasting.
Collaborate with IT Finance, PMO, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations within Apptio.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness of cost data.
Maintain Apptio configurations and documentation, including up , enhancements, and change management processes.
Support end users and stakeholders with training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Stay current with Apptio platform up , TBM methodologies, and cost optimization best practices.

Skills and Qualification

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Overall 7+ years of experience software development with 4+ years experience on Apptio development or administration.
Strong knowledge of Apptio data model, TBM taxonomy, and cost allocation methods.
Experience with SQL, data analysis, and ETL/integration tools.
Understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cloud cost optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred:

Apptio Certified Administrator or Apptio TBM certification.
Experience with ApptioOne, Cloudability, Targetprocess, or similar TBM modules.
Background in IT Finance, FP&A, or cost transparency initiatives.
Familiarity with cloud billing data (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ServiceNow integration.

Strong collaboration with finance and IT stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
