Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and REST APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and optimize application performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments
Lead and mentor junior developers, guiding them in best practices and technical problem-solving

Preferred Candidate Profile:

8+ years of experience in software development with strong Java expertise
Proven hands-on experience with Microservices and Spring Boot frameworks
Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Ability to lead development teams and manage end-to-end delivery
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
