Educational Qualification:
  • B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech (Computer Science)
Experience & Skill Set:
  • 8+ years of industry experience in Software Development
  • Agile/Scrum development experience is good to have
  • Healthcare domain knowledge will be an asset
  • Unit test / Integration test experience will be an advantage
Knowledge/Competencies:
  • Proficiency in C# mandatory
  • Mandatory: OOAD and Design Patterns, Solid principles
  • Exposure to Team Foundation Server, Static code analyzers, Visual Studio is preferred
  • Should be able understand low level architecture to enable automation for a complex, monolithic subsystem
Preferred inter-personal skills/other capabilities:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve ambiguous technical scenarios
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Should be flexible and adaptive to short-term onsite assignment if required
  • Proactive, Self-motivated, ability to take on new challenges and flair to learn new technologies
  • Exposure in working with multi-site global teams

  • Designing and maintaining automation framework that is scalable, reusable and efficient
  • Evaluation and selection of appropriate test tools and technologies to align with project needs
  • Support creation of a comprehensive automation strategy along with other Architects
  • Implement best practices in automation to provide an efficient and reliable framework for SDLC
