Job Description

Perform all development activities, including development, unit testing, and deployment for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Document current and future (To-be) business processes and assist in developing strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
Establish and clearly document requirements, develop use cases, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and refine preliminary designs and mockups for new functionalities; develop flowcharts, functional diagrams, and detailed descriptions to communicate application design specifications.
Participate in requirements gathering, configuration design, configuration, and testing for SuccessFactors modules ( Employee Central, etc.).
Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, process flows, analysis models, journey maps, wireframes, and user guides.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
Shadow customers to gain an understanding of HR and Payroll Processes to support these teams effectively

Educational Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, HR or a related field.
6 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SAP SuccessFactors .
At least two full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors integration implementations.

Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment cycle Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation and Learning.
Proficiency in business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, functional specification development, configuration design, and testing.
Strong documentation skills, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and user guides.
Experience managing product backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
