Job Description

Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, including user/group management, GPOs, and domain services.

Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
Support and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, backups, and performance tuning.
Configure and monitor Azure AD, hybrid identity, and cloud-based services.
Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and compliance configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, email, file sharing, and system performance.
Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades.
Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.

Required:

5 years of experience in a Microsoft systems administration role.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid cloud environments.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator Associate).
Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams administration.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
