Lead SDET/ Java Automation Test Engineer

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate the following knowledge and skills: - Strong proficiency in test automation, with expert-level knowledge of Selenium and Java. - Hands-on experience in API testing. - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. - Experience working on test frameworks with robust CI/CD integration. - Solid understanding of life and pension domain workflows and downstream systems. - Proficiency in functional testing, defect analysis, and debugging. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence. - Exposure to AI/ML tools for quality engineering and test optimization. - Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as an individual tester within agile teams. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
