Team Facilitation: Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to help them develop their Agile skills and knowledge. Change Management: Help teams navigate organizational change and ensure that Agile principles and practices are aligned with business objectives. Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track metrics to measure team performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
