About you: • Masters degree in Life Sciences, English, Communications, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in scientific editing or medical writing, with at least 2 years in a lead role. • Strong understanding of scientific terminology and editorial standards. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in editorial tools and platforms (e.g., Veeva, MS Office).
Must have:
• Excellent written and spoken English skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat • Familiarity with AMA Manual of Style and client-specific style guides • Ability to work under tight timelines and in a collaborative team environment • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to guide and mentor team members • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, error-free documents
Nice to have:
• Experience in client-facing roles or participating in client calls • Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives • Ability to contribute to knowledge-sharing and documentation efforts
