Lead Salesforce Developer

You will be responsible for designing, architecting, developing, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce. This includes creating and maintaining design documents such as ERDs and Technical Governance standards. As a lead at eSystems, Inc, you will oversee Salesforce implementations, providing guidance and hands-on contributions to design, development, and integration. Your role will also involve nurturing the career development of engineers within your team. Participating in the development of conceptual and logical architectures, you will focus on delivering high-quality features within project timelines and budgets. Designing, developing, and maintaining application architectures that align with client requirements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will ensure the proper functioning of services owned by your team and translate business and user needs into technical requirements, sharing architectural designs with relevant stakeholders. Driving the technical direction of services, you will collaborate with team members to manage day-to-day development activities and troubleshoot issues that may arise during project lifecycles. Your design responsibilities will include creating Personas, Use Cases, Data design, Functional requirements, and overseeing application build, test, and deploy activities. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards for development team members.
