Lead Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer at our company, your role involves contributing to the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating the current org state and providing recommendations for improvements. - Implementing development standards and best practices to ensure code quality. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team and administrators. - Staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. - Maintaining reference documentation. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Maintain reliable attendance and actively participate in departmental meetings and training. - Assist with training other employees and providing backup support. - Complete other assignments and special projects as requested. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Expert experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components. - Experience in designing and developing Salesforce Sites implementations. - Proficiency in implementing SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and Bulk APIs. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools, including APIs and middleware. - Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or other Salesforce products. - Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and version control systems like Azure DevOps, Git, and SVN. - Ability to adapt, learn, and adopt new technologies. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong demands. - Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
