Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, including APIs and middleware, is essential. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or other Salesforce products is preferred. Additionally, expertise in version control systems such as Azure DevOps, Git, and SVN is necessary. The ability to adapt, learn, and adopt new technologies, along with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, is crucial. Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment are also vital for success in this role.,
