Job Description

As the Lead Sales Process and Tools, your role is crucial in designing, optimizing, and automating sales processes to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate sales cycles, improve opportunity pipeline, and ensure a great customer experience. Your focus will be on seamless technology adoption, process alignment, Voice of Customer insights, and data integrity to empower the sales force with top-notch tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end sales workflows with a focus on agility, scalability, productivity, and seamless integration across IT systems. - Lead the administration of Salesforce SFDC and Pardot, driving automation, efficiency, and business intelligence for complete utilization by the Sales team. - Develop processes to capture the customer journey throughout the sales process and utilize Customer insights to address key customer pain points. - Enhance the Sales Data Excellence journey by ensuring data governance, integrity, and maintaining a single source of truth for customer masters. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales technology and tool investments with business objectives to achieve maximum ROI. - Promote a high-adoption culture by providing training and support to sales teams for leveraging SFDC and other tools to enhance performance. - Monitor, evaluate, and refine sales processes based on data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 5+ years of experience in sales operations and process automation within a B2B environment. - Proven expertise in Salesforce SFDC and other sales automation platforms. - Strong strategic mindset with a proven track record of driving process innovation and transformation. - Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams to achieve operational and revenue goals.
