Description
As a Lead Design & Sales, you will be responsible for utilizing your excellent creative thinking skills to create Modular designs based on client conversations. You will need to communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, receive feedback, and adapt your approach accordingly. It is essential to stay updated on the Interior Design landscape and trends to offer clients the best ideas and drive Sales Closure. Your responsibilities will include owning the Customer Experience during a project, leading and ensuring the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, and managing the end-to-end Project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Customer Experience throughout the project - Lead and ensure the quality & accuracy of design deliverables - Manage the end-to-end Project lifecycle Qualifications Required: - Graduation or relevant Diploma - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer - Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentations, and AutoCAD - Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution, and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details) - Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies - Sales expertise in Sales Closure through logical & trusted Sales pitch, driving and leading Design meetings with customers - Behavioral attributes of being result-oriented, teamwork-oriented, having Integrity & Ethics, and possessing Crisp & meaningful communication skills - High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members As a Lead Design & Sales, you will be responsible for utilizing your excellent creative thinking skills to create Modular designs based on client conversations.
