Job Description

Role Overview: As a Design & Sales Lead at Livspace, you will utilize your excellent creative thinking skills to create modular designs based on client conversations. Your role involves maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs and adjust your approach based on feedback. It is crucial to stay updated on interior design trends to provide clients with innovative ideas and drive sales closure. You will be responsible for owning the customer experience throughout a project, leading and ensuring the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, and managing the end-to-end project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Customer Experience during a project. - Lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables. - Manage the end-to-end Project lifecycle. - Create modular designs based on client conversations. - Communicate regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust approach based on feedback. - Stay familiar with interior design trends to provide innovative ideas to clients. - Drive sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches. - Lead design meetings with customers. - Create BoQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies. - Utilize design tools such as PPT presentation, AutoCAD for design tasks. - Demonstrate design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services. - Exhibit behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, and crisp & meaningful communication. - Show a high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members. Qualification Required: - Graduation/relevant Diploma. - Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Led and delivered a minimum of 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects. - Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD. - Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services. - Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies. - Sales expertise in driving sales closure and leading design meetings with customers. - Behavioral attributes of being result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, and possessing crisp & meaningful communication skills. - High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
