Responsibilities

• Lead a team of React Native developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code review.
• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable mobile applications using React Native.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, particularly in the React Native ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct training sessions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Extensive experience with React Native framework.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android) is a plus.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
