Lead - Quality

1. Deploy Quality Assurance processes in multiple locations to ensure Process Standardization
2. Conduct Process Audits / Assessment Reviews covering all critical Functions / Facilities.
3. Work across organizations functions (Operations, Process Design, HR, Technology etc.) for ensuring closure of audit non conformances and drive key projects for enhancing process quality
4. Identify opportunities for driving focused improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Customer / Seller Satisfaction
5. Develop and maintain data repositories and systems for monitoring and measuring process performance against defined benchmarks
6. Prepare & publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports sharing trends on Quality metrics

Preferred candidate profile

1. Execution of Focused & Cross Functional Initiatives (Projects) within assigned span of work
2. Influence & Align Regional / Local Stakeholders across Functions for smooth execution of function initiatives
3. Ability to plan and independently deploy various quality function initiatives in Operations
4. Ability to identify system gaps through data interpretation with Analytical bend of mind
5. Good knowledge in Quality System Documentation, 7QC Tools, Process Mapping, FMEA etc.
6. Ability to conduct training programs at peer level and below will be added advantage
7. Effective Project Management with Adherence to Timelines without compromising on scope / deliverables
8. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma: ideally experience both working in a world-class organization and some experience building a function in a division or start-up company
9. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required
10.  Fluent in Lean fundamentals: (e.g.) Lean Principles, Lean Leadership, Lean Tools, Kaizen and Hoshin-Kanri (Deployment Planning)
11. Fluent in Six Sigma Methodology
12. Green belt project experience a plus (must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in an fast-paced ever changing
