Lead Quality Engineer

Responsibilities will include: -

Empathizing with the user:

• As a quality assurance Lead, you will ensure that user needs are met in the most optimal manner
• You will collaborate with design, product and development teams to advocate for the user goals
• You will actively seek feedback on how our users experience keka products and develop an understanding of user needs in features and experiences
• You will communicate this understanding internally and champion the users cause

Problem Solving:

• Proactively identify and analyse complex technical challenges related to software quality and relevant business deliveries.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve testing processes and efficiency.
• Analyse test results, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Test Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including test execution, defect management, and release management.
