Lead Quality Engineer

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver - Java.
Perform automation and manual testing (functional, nonfunctional, regression, smoke,exploratory). Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing insightson software quality and improvements. Define and implement testing standards, methodologies, and frameworks to improvesoftware reliability. Conduct API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools. Identify and track defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers to resolve them. Use GitHub for version control and maintain automation frameworks. Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for test integration. Generate and maintain test reports, test cases, and automation documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and stability.

Requirements:

7-8 years of experience in software testing (both automation & manual).
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python) for UIautomation. Solid knowledge of manual testing principles, SDLC, and STLC. Experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools. Experience with test management tools like JIRA and version control using GitHub. Good understanding of database testing (SQL queries, validating data integrity). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to document and report issue effectively.
