Coordinate architectural design and execution of real estate projects.
Liaise with clients, consultants (Structural, MEP), and project teams.
Review drawings for compliance with codes and project requirements.
Monitor site progress, conduct visits, and resolve design/site issues.
Manage documentation and approvals.
Use AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is a plus.
B.Arch. with 4 - 6 years of experience in real estate architecture.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction practices in Mumbai.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
