Job Description

Assess project requirements, create design concepts, and prepare presentation drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals (EC, MPCB, PMC, RERA, local NOCs, etc.).
Verify RERA budgets and project timelines.
Coordinate documentation for Indian Green Building Council certification, liaising with consultants to achieve final green rating.
Oversee project resources, equipment, and information to meet goals and deadlines.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Review concept plans for constructability, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate with environmental consultants for EC documentation and site monitoring.
Verify PMC municipal drawings against site conditions and record plan differences.
Coordinate with liaison architects, municipal offices, and consultants to secure approvals/NOCs for construction.
Review and verify construction drawings with all project departments and consultants.
Support material and contractor selection processes.
Conduct periodic site visits to address drawing issues and assist the site team.
Enhance faade design for commercial projects.
Coordination with all consultants, including but not limited to RCC, MEP, Design, Facade, IGBC, Lighting, Traffic, Sound, Environment, Automation, and HVAC, to obtain drawings in a timely manner.
