Technical Lead (Quality Analyst: Manual + Automation):

As a Quality Lead Analyst, you are enthusiastic about ensuring the platform is scalable, resilient, and secure systems. As a QA lead responsible for both manual and automation testing across mobile and websites, you will need to have a diverse set of skills and knowledge.
What You Will Be Doing
- Strong understanding of software testing principles: A good QA lead should have a strong understanding of the software testing process and the diverse types of testing involving, such as functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and so on.
- Experience in manual testing: Even with automation testing, there will still be manual testing involved. Look for a candidate who has experience in manual testing and can create test plans, test cases, and execute them efficiently.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools: A QA lead must have knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, etc. They should be able to create and maintain automation scripts for web and mobile apps.
- Experience in mobile app testing: A good QA lead should have experience in mobile app testing, including knowledge of different mobile platforms, tools, and techniques to test mobile apps.
- Experience in desktop site testing: A QA lead must also have experience in desktop site testing, including knowledge of web technologies, different browsers, and browser extensions for testing.
- Experience in test management tools: A QA lead should be able to manage test cases, test suites, and test plans using test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver a compelling user experience.
- Contribute to tools, workflows, and culture to ship code from your laptop/workstation to production frequently and confidently.
- Practice Behaviour Driven Development to collaborate and Test-Driven Development to ensure high code quality.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as part of a selforganizing team.
- Learn and unlearn reviews and exchanging knowledge and new insights, conducting constructive test reviews, and participating in retrospectives.
You Must Have
- At least 4 years of professional software experience.
- Application Manual and Automation testing tools knowledge both web and mobile application.
- Test management platform knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, spoken as well as written, with a demonstrated ability to articulate technical problems and projects to all stakeholders.
Extra Credits For
API and system performance knowledge.
- Ability to contribute to org. initiative and mature the ci/cd pipeline.
