Job Description

Job Summary

The Lead Quality Assurance will be responsible for driving quality initiatives, leading the QA team, ensuring products/services meet the highest quality standards, and implementing continuous process improvements. The role involves strategizing QA processes, managing testing activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide the QA team in day-to-day operations.
Develop, implement, and enhance QA processes, policies, and standards.
Plan and manage test strategies, test plans, and test execution for projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, Operations) to ensure quality across the lifecycle.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor key quality metrics and prepare quality reports for management.
Ensure compliance with ISO, CMMI, or other relevant quality frameworks.
Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and quality assessments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
Manage automation frameworks (if applicable) and ensure efficient testing cycles.
Review project documents, requirements, and design specifications for completeness and quality.
Facilitate training sessions to promote quality awareness across the organization.
