Job Description

Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies and roadmaps

Establish and maintain QA automation frameworks, standards, and architectural patterns

Lead quality process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Provide effectual code review feedback to Development and QA team members

Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Operations to ensure all feature functionality have proper test coverage, and quality

Utilize expertise within and outside the team to promote quality releases

Develop test plans, test cases, and test automation strategies

Actively participate and encourage participation in agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, estimation, and backlog grooming

Support product releases and assist with 3 rd level support

Champion quality throughout the development process

Assist with manual test efforts, and coordinate cross-functional testing efforts for the team

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

BS degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience

7+ years of automation or development experience

3+ years of senior-level QA experience.

Experience designing and implementing in-house test automation frameworks and tools

Experience developing or testing complex cloud solutions

Experience executing test automation at scale

Experience configuring & utilizing deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with C# or other object-oriented programming language
