Job Description

You are applying for the position of Lead Quality Analyst in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Lead Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products by leading quality assurance efforts, effective test planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding project requirements, devising test strategies, designing and executing test cases, conducting various types of manual testing, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively with teams, tracking bugs, contributing to process improvement, participating in Agile ceremonies, and presenting detailed test reports to stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you should have 6 to 10 years of experience in manual testing, a solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile frameworks, proficiency in writing test cases and bug reports, familiarity with project/test management tools like JIRA and Confluence, excellent communication skills, client management experience, and strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, exposure to API testing using Postman or database validation, as well as an understanding of test automation concepts, would be preferred qualifications for this role. Your ability to interact confidently with international clients and work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment will be key to success in this position.,
