Key Responsibilities:
Review and qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
Contact leads via phone, email, chat, or social platforms to gather information
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Schedule qualified leads or meetings for the sales team
Disqualify unqualified leads and provide clear documentation
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
Track and report lead qualification metrics and performance
