Experience: 1–2 years in calling or lead qualification
* Handle inbound leads from multiple digital and offline sources.
* Qualify leads through calls and basic requirement analysis (India & International).
* Accurately assign qualified leads to the respective sales teams based on product, region, or priority.
* Maintain lead status and progress in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for feedback and lead quality.
* Ensure timely follow-up and closure of unresponsive or incomplete leads.
* Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
* 1–2 years of experience in voice-based roles, telesales, or lead qualification.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluency in English; Hindi is a plus.
* Comfortable with both domestic and international calling.
* Tech-savvy; background in software/technology is an added advantage.
* Experience using CRM tools.
* Prior exposure to tech or SaaS environments.
