Job Criteria:

Minimum of 17 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas EPC projects
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech
Preferred Certifications in Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001 (QMS), Training / Certification in Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, or Quality Tools is advantageous.

Job Responsibility

Institutionalize quality management system at Engineering function.
Management of quality assurance activities across internal and external design teams, ensuring deliverables adhere to quality standards.
Collaboration with Engineering Leads, Design Engineers and other departments (procurement, construction) to ensure seamless integration of project quality outputs and objectives.
Tracking and analysing quality data to identify areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
Monitor and report on quality performance, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Plan & conduct QMS / Project Audits.
Assessment of engineering sub-contractors / suppliers and ensuring their compliance with business & project requirements.
Conduct Management Review meeting at planned interval & monitor the proposed action plan.
Coordination with Certification Bodies for External Audits and on time findings closure.
Developing and delivering training programs on QA/QMS related topics.
