**Role Overview:** As a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer at the company, your main responsibility will be to test features to ensure functionality and quality. Collaboration with your team will be crucial to ensure comprehensive testing processes and to identify areas for improvement and enhancement. This dynamic environment will allow you to advance and refine your skill set swiftly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. - Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts to ensure optimal coverage and risk mitigation. - Create and maintain a library of test artifacts, including test scenarios, data sets, and automated testing scripts. - Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, regressions, and performance issues. - Analyze test results, track defects, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution. - Provide detailed and actionable feedback to improve software quality and usability. - Drive the implementation of automated testing processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices. - Lead and manage QA test engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation. - Define and communicate testing standards, best practices, and processes to ensure consistent quality across projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing requirements, scope, and schedules. - Motivate and coach teams to deliver high-quality work. - Align with business and technical priorities and understand customer requirements. - Present and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical audiences, leadership, and management. **Qualification Required:** - Graduate or postgraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment. - Experience with test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management. - Familiarity with various testing methodologies. - Knowledge of test management and defect tracking systems, such as Jira. - Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). - Ability to lead a team of QA Test Engineers in carrying out their duties. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas of risk or improvement. - Proficiency in test case design, test script creation, and test execution. - Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as PYTHON. - Knowledge of testing automation tooling and testing performance tooling such as JMeter. *Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.*,
