We are Foxsense Innovations - a bunch of passionate developers that love solving complex business problems through products and tools we build from scratch. We ve been at it for over 5 years now, and we ve serviced over 50 happy customers around the world, while also building several in-house micro-SaaS tools for the market (all of this while being bootstrapped and profitable). Lead QA Engineer

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers and leading the entire quality assurance process. You ll drive the development of automation frameworks and ensure that high-quality software products are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test strategies and automation frameworks.
Own the quality process from test planning to post-release validation and support.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to meet quality standards.
Develop and optimize automation scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and Pytest.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, encouraging best practices and a quality-first mindset.
Track and report QA metrics, including defect density, coverage, and test execution.
Identify and drive improvements to testing processes and practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium, TestNG, and Pytest.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
