7-12 Years experience in the software industry with experience in testing.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and manage software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them.
Proven experience in handling testing teams with manual, automation, and performance engineers.
Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing software stability.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
Experience in the healthcare domain.
Knowledge on test automation, performance and load testing.
Experience in various Software Development Methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and V-model.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
