Description

What Youll Do :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps teams
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Manage database design and queries, with focus on optimization
Handle cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)

Hands-on experience with Django or Flask
Deep understanding of REST APIs, ORMs, and web architecture
Proven experience in team leadership, mentorship, and agile development
Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization
