Team Leadership: Provide evidence of successfully managing cross-discipline project teams of 10 or more people to successful conclusions. This includes leading Interface Developers, Application Developers, and Testers . Organizational Skills: Demonstrate proven organizational skills. Leadership Skills: Exhibit proven leadership skills. Meeting Facilitation: Possess very strong meeting facilitation skills. Follow-through: Have a strong follow-through orientation. Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Self-Starter: Be a self-starter and self-learner, capable of working independently with little direction and under tight deadlines. Motivation: Ability to motivate others within the team.
