Lead Project Management - MEP

Role Overview: As the Aviation Operations Project Manager, you will be leading and overseeing all aspects of aviation operations projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance overall project performance - Providing strong leadership to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals and drive synergy across different departments - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems - Identifying and mitigating operational risks, implementing proactive measures to maintain a safe and secure operational environment - Preparing and presenting regular project performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for improvement - Staying abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence Qualification Required: - Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field - Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Experience: - 15-20 years of experience in aviation operations - Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex aviation projects - Proven track record of implementing operational best practices and driving continuous improvement - Experience in overseeing safety, compliance, and quality management systems - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards,
